Right next to the train station, you literally have to walk through it to get to the trains or to leave the station. Lots of tourist based trinkets at most stalls. Some of the sales people will bargain with you, some won't so you know...More

The usual tourist stuff available. We were told that prices were fixed. Our guide told us that prices here are higher than in Cusco

This was the best place to find a t short bragging about your Inca Trail success. But sizes were limited. Lots and lots of stalls with people who looked bored. Prices weren’t cheap and for jewellery was quite over priced compared to other places I....More

If this is a one stop place on your trip this market has some good souvenirs. However, compared to Lima or Cusco prices are high. Typical market fare- beanies, bags, scarves, socks, alpaca jumpers. A good spot to keep dry on a rainy day! Remember...More

All markets have good and "otherwise" vendors with some products made nearby (really) and some import them to look like they were from a nearby supplier...be wary travelers...
