Mementos of one's holiday are on the whole cheaper in Bolivia than here. However there is a fine selection of items on sale for a reasonable price if one is prepared to barter. From the El Mapi it's just a short walk over the bridge...More

The usual tourist stuff available. We were told that prices were fixed. Our guide told us that prices here are higher than in Cusco

It´s a small local market, nothing in special, and it´s somehow smelly, not a great attraction to see

This was the best place to find a t short bragging about your Inca Trail success. But sizes were limited. Lots and lots of stalls with people who looked bored. Prices weren’t cheap and for jewellery was quite over priced compared to other places I....More

If this is a one stop place on your trip this market has some good souvenirs. However, compared to Lima or Cusco prices are high. Typical market fare- beanies, bags, scarves, socks, alpaca jumpers. A good spot to keep dry on a rainy day! Remember...More

All markets have good and "otherwise" vendors with some products made nearby (really) and some import them to look like they were from a nearby supplier...be wary travelers...

Right by the entrance to the Train Station you will find a market with many of the souvenirs that you might expect to see while traveling the area. Take your time and don't forget to haggle the price. It is expected that you haggle the...More
