I was in my late 30s when I completed this trip. You are totally fine. Just try to gradually increase the amount of time you walk if possible before the trip so you won't be so tired and you can build your endurance level. It was really life saving to have pain medication, a forehead head light, travel toilet paper, first aid kit because your feet might get blisters. Make sure you have good hiking shoes and hiking clothing. The difference between the 3rd and 4th day hike is not much. The tour guides took us to Aguas Calientes on the 3rd day. A hot springs park. That day we walked the least and on the 4th we rode on the bus to get to Machu Pichu which was the last push, because we were so tired. You are young and I advise you enjoy every single second of any adventure you would like to undertake.
