We had tour guides who spent 14 days with us. We hiked every day up mountains of 11,000+ high. This trip to Peru was so exciting every day. The airlines lost my luggage for 7 days and I kept it moving by purchasing some pieces...More

This is a great place to walk around and explore. Most of the main sights are in this area. However, be aware that it is quite hilly, and with the high elevation, it can sometimes be a little bit of struggle, but just don't exert...More

Take a tour of the main church and learn about it's own history, as well as, the Incan ruins it is built on.

Cusco is one of the top cities for a visit in South America. Old town and sites nearby, great hotels and restaurants. Also stating point for several other activities around the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

On a visit to Cusco you cannot miss a visit to this square - beautiful buildings. If you are lucky enough to find an empty seat - just sit a spell and soak up the atmosphere!

The historical center is nice to walk around but be aware of street vendors, tour sellers etc. There are a lot of interesting buildings.

It is a must stop by in Cusco. (Otherwise don’t tell others you’ve been to Cusco.:) Tons of photo opportunities day and evening. But busy and touristy.

You feel the history at every corner, layered, intertwined, and alive. Amazing cathedral. Unreal alters covered in gold sheets and solid silver. Monastery built over Inca monuments. Surreal. A MUST see.
