We were really excited about going to El Hada in Cusco, after reading all the delicious reviews. We walked up and down the street with no success. We met a local man who informed us that it had closed down andrecocted in the Sacred Valley....More

This place is delicious and in a VERY cute area. Get ready to walk up a big hill (unless you're used to the altitude) to get there but it's well worth it.

We arrived late in the day and the flavors available were limited but it was still good. Try the chocolate - very high cacao content and not too sweet!

Most wonderful ice cream! I had the lavender honey ice cream in a homemade vanilla cone and my husband had the lemon pie in a lime cone. It was some of the best ice cream we've ever had!

An absolute must-visit location in Cusco! Gelato "Hecho en San Blas," with all sorts of flavors, traditional and unique! Even in the winter, the cold gelato is a perfect treat for the mid-afternoon, when it's warmed up just enough to take your coat off.More

I'm not a big ice-cream fan but I love coffee and El Hada definitely has the best coffee in Cusco. Being from Melbourne Australia (where most of us are coffee snobs) travelling in South America can be hard to get a decent coffee but this...More
