What a wonderful way to spend our last day in Arequipa! Our teacher was incredibly passionate, what a breath of fresh air. This was a fantastic overview of chocolate and chocolate making. This will forever change my chocolate buying experience.

The first person to book into each session decides the language so it is best to book in advance (a day or 2) to have the choice. There is a maximum 7-8 people per class.
