It's a nice area to sit and relax. The church is beautiful. We didn't go inside the monastery, the admission price seemed to high honestly. We just sat and enjoyed the view.

This church and monastery were both very interesting. I expected the monastery to be a home of monks, but it was actually a home for nuns. The history was really interesting and the different rooms gave you a picture of what life might have been...More

Though it can be difficult to find the church doors open, this is my favorite place to sit and people watch. Its a lovely plaza with benches and flowers and enough tree cover to keep in the shade on a sunny day. The shops nearby...More

It's only PS10 to visit the church museum and it's really worth it. You do need a guide to take you around the various sites inside the complex as all the areas are locked down. This is seemingly quite daft until the guide shows you...More

Beautiful plaza with amazing architecture. A little off the beaten path, but definitely worth exploring. A place locals like to hang out, especially young couples. Very romantic setting in this incredible city.

We took a tour of the convent in Spanish. The paintings and lifestyle is very interesting. I returned at 5 pm for the. Mass and to see the beautiful altarpiece. The courtyard is beautiful. Climb the stairs to capture a great photo of 2/3 volcanoes.

If you'd like to enjoy the church you'll need to pay 5 soles per person. it's lovely. but I think the best part is the market surrounding the square. Atria ice cream vendors surround the square. and other alpaca vendors are located beyond the church....More

This is a nice little plaza close to lots of great restaurants. We paid entry to see the monastery and cringed a little bit when we were approached by a guide inside the doors. We'd already done several lengthy, non-kid friendly church tours already. Our...More

If you go to the craft market, you just about have to walk thru this plaza, I didn't enter the church, I did stop and catch my breath in the plaza. Nice shade, good people watching, and well maintained. To arrive at the Museo Historic...More
