Right after breakfast i went to visit the monestary, there were very few turists there. Beside the peaceful vibe the colorful areas in the monestary make the tour very enjoyable. It took us only 1 hour to visit due to the fact it was early....More

As a passionate photographer (amateur) I went insane with all the amazing colors, spaces, and objects of the Sandra Catalina convent. This wonderful historical place gives you the opportunity to learn about Arequipa and its past in a magic environment. Highly recommended!!!!!!More

80% of this monastery is now open too the public. We opted for the guided tour, it was well worth it. If you are interested in seeing how nuns lived this is a must visit.

This monastery is very beautiful and really peaceful. Our guide was very informative and we learnt a lot about the lives of the nuns. Definitely not to be missed.

Worth paying for the tour. Interesting spot, where you can see how the nuns lived in the period. The Monasterio is a tiny village with many small homes, not what we expected
