We took the walking tour in the afternoon with Gonzalo. Although he was a little late (nothing unusual about that in South America!) once we got started we had an enjoyable tour. There was a mix of some history, architecture, trying samples such as pisco...More
We took the afternoon free walking tour with Gonzalos.
Despite being a couple of minutes late (this is latin america after all), which had us a little concerned, Gonzalos more than made up for this filling us with an abundance of interesting information.
In recent years, we've done about 10 of free walking tours in various cities, all of which were excellent. However, this particular tour, on our particular day, was a bust. First of all, the guide, a female (don't remember her name) was late to showing...More
We did this free walking tour yesterday and we were not disappointed. The guide was very knowledgeable and capable of answering questions. We did a lot of walking but he also explained a lot. We went to two different establishments to taste some local food/drink....More
We went on the afternoon tour, hoping to explore the Yanahuara neighbourhood. The day before we had an excellent tour with the competitor-Free Tour Downtown Arequipa.

Did the afternoon tour with Beatrice. Have done some free tours before and this was one of the better ones.
Interesting sites and knowledgeable guide. It felt a bit rushed and mechanic sometimes.
Would have liked more info on the Peruvians/Arequipeños
We recommend the tour!
