I am a sailor for me there was not mutch new here. It is mosly about there navy. And all in spanish and over the wars to little information.

Easy access by taking the (recommended) funicular at the end of the trolley route. Excellent views from the top of the lift, with the museum just a bit further up hill. Varied exhibits with limited information available except in Spanish.

The Musem has a beautiful view of Valpariso. The admission is only $2, with many displays also in English. The exhibition starts with the independence of Spain and the naval engagements, the musem concentrates on the War of the Pacific with Peru and Boliva.

Nice museum, interesting collection of torpedoes for aficionados. History of Chilean Navy. Not a large museum, but worth a visit if you managed to take the rustique Artilleria cable car. You can take a coffee and local food in the court.
