Every time I am in Temuco I stop here, since I have business nearby. It is a nice place to stop and watch the locals and maybe try mote con huesillo. The square is busy, but enjoyable.

Extremely noisy. I stayed at a hotel near the plaza, and it was noisy even if the windows were closed. There are festivals and marches on the weekends. The plaza itself is pretty.

Don't miss this place right beside the cathedral. Many local people are around, play music or are just hanging around. Nice local atmosphere.
