Really an awesome place for a 2-4 hours trek in the heart of singapore. You feel completely in sync with nature. Carry enough water to keep you hydrated through the walk and light snacks to get you going. Overall a lovely experience.

This is a nice but very short suspension bridge over the nature reserve. The walk to actually get here is a couple hours through boardwalked nature reserve, monkeys, squirrels and nice shady scenery. Enjoy the journey escaping the concrete jungle, stop at ranger station for...More

This was a great walk through dense, beautiful jungle. We saw a few monkeys along the way, along with butterflies and flora and fauna. The tree top walk was great. There were a few groups of loud people behind us, but overall, great walk. I...More

Everyone I talked to, and every guide I read recommended hiking either morning or late afternoon to avoid the worst of the daytime heat. I don't think it matters when you go, it's going to be hot and humid, so pack water! There are a...More

We started from the Venus Drive carpark. This was a bit confusing for our taxi driver as this part is Windsor Nature Park and we were saying the top carpark for MacRitchie Reservoir. The park is very well signposted, it would be impossible to get...More

Well worth the effort of getting out here. To start it is an easy 1 bus scenario from chinatown where I am staying. It takes about 35-40 minutes and is right by where the bus stop is at Flame Park. Make sure you go to...More

There are different forks off the main track. But the main track, which is well marked, is perhaps the shortest. But it is still a good 45 minutes to an hour's walk one way, through moderate to difficult terrain.
