Review of: Singapore Zoo
This zoo is doing a great job to educate children and adults alike on conservation, ecology and the fascinating wildlife we have on this planet. The animals have spacious enclosures, seem to be happy and healthy because they're breeding, the babies are a delight to see, particularly the monkeys. We decided against a tour and went under our own steam - it can be tricky to get to but a good compromise is getting the MRT to Khatib then a taxi to the zoo, we did this on the way back and the taxi only cost $8.50 which at the end of a long tiring day was well worth it we thought. The zoo is very well planned out and not huge (the visitor areas anyway) but you will still do a lot of walking to see it all. Would highly recommend you spend a minimum of 3 hrs but allow 5 if you have the time, including a stop for a cool drink / something to eat.…

Just go there - you will not be disappointed. Thousand people sitting on the stone or even lay down under "men made" trees waiting for FREE light performance. You will have best photo pictures. No tickets to clime the tree - no worry. Performance is the same for everyone.
