I found the MTR very easy to use. Stations are clearly marked, clean and air conditioned. Customer service officers help with questions. Lots of food outlets. Love the clear barriers holding people back from tracks. So safe.

The MTR is on time, efficient and reliable. The signs and directions are clear. But there are few toilets. They are only for the staff.

Super quick with good connectivity around the city. Might be crowded on weekdays during office hours (try avoiding those if possible) especially at the intersecting stations (such as admiralty).

We enjoyed using the MTR - it is easy to use and a good way to get around. We bought an octopus card which makes entering and leaving stations very quick.
