The new terminal is probably a quieter solution than the old airport. A bit out of town compared to the old terminal though. Buses into the central area and metro 1.2 Kms away.

We took Uber and a cab on Sunday to the cruise terminal to board the ship. When we arrived in December at the terminal there were a line of cabs no private vehicles. The pick up area must be in another area.

No, there are not, just a currency exchange. You can get a free shuttle bus to the nearby MTR station where you can access ATMs
