If you go from the international airport it takes a couple of hours. Obviously different times of day traffic is busier. I would give yourself at least 3 hours to travel to be sure.

There are many many choices for dinner and everything is very inexpensive. The yuan is .14 of a US dollar so a 100 yuan meal is only $14. We had some nice dinners with wine and fixings and it wasn’t more than $50 for two... More

Simatai is about 2hrs from Beijing. I am not sure about DiDi service but if there is, I am sure the fare is very high. It is only CNY48 by bus (non-stop express bus) from Beijing to GuBei WaterTown and stop right in front... More
