All enjoyed this visit - at a fraction of the cost of Giraffe Manor which is next door, and was fortunately booked solid so we couldn't stay... Primarily an educational centre, it still has the 'wow' factor of these huge and wonderful creatures inches from the little (caramel?) treats on your open palm - our seven-year old became quite nervous... A wonderful opportunity to get close up to giraffes - such beautiful, gentle creatures. A delightful experience for people of all ages. Entry includes being given a good supply of special pellets to be fed one-by-one to the giraffes who enthusiastically and very gently lick them up from your hand. The giraffes live free in the park and not in... More

The place is incredible, you get so close to them, amazing beauty! I've also joined an info session with Nicolas, he knows a lot and explains very well, he also stayed chatting and answering all type of questions! Highly recommend the place and please make sure you listen to the info talk!

This organization exists to protect endangered wildlife in Kenya. The Giraffe Centre is the site of the Rothschild giraffe which is an endangered giraffe.. You can actually hand feed the giraffes. There is also a very nice gift shop on site but it is expensive. There is a trail system across the road.

Visited in February 2017. 1000 Shillings for foreign adults and only 250 shillings national adults. Very insulting. Over all. There isn't much there but a few giraffes and hogs. Not worth the unfair pricing. Especially if you have to pay for a taxi to get there and back from city centre. One price for everyone is the answer. Otherwise pick... More

This is a nice place to get up close to the giraffes. They give you a handful of food to feed the giraffes out of your hands. They are so graceful! A great place for adults and kids. There is a nice presentation on the different species of giraffes and where they are located. A very interesting place!

If you love animals and especially giraffe then this is it for you. I have gone there far to many times that i yawn. But for first timers they love it. You will head to head with giraffe's - feeding them and if you are a quick learn end up hanging one and for the brave at heart you can... More

This is a good up-close-and-personal look at giraffes. The admission price for non-residents is rather steep (1200 shillings, about $12 US), but worth it for one time. You climb a few steps to a tower where you can feed the giraffes at their head level. You are given handfuls of giraffe pellets and can feed them out of your hand,... More
