Nairobi National Park is an amazing experience if you aren't going to the Masai Mara. If you are going to the Mara, it can't really compare.

We did a safari with colleagues since we didnt have much time to visit nairobi. First encounter with zebra, giraffe, hippos, birds we even spotted the lions... much better than a zoo... a must do ifyou have 2hours to spare in nairobi.

Loved every single bit of my experience. Was fortunate to spot some wild animals! Early morning drives are the best so I would definitely recommend that time

It is probably not fair to review Nairobi National Park purely as a national park. It should belong in another category. My 4 out of 5 rating isn't for the exotic African safari experience that maybe you are looking for. However, I have never seen...More

Not a best park in Kenya but one of the most special. Because of its rhino population of 10 ( we spotted 4 of them during an afternoon which is really rare), because of the city silhouette in the background of the picture you can...More

It is right by a city and it’s 100 years too late to be an Out of Africa experience in Nairobi. If you can accept that, it’s pretty darn incredible. Saw 4 of the big 5 the first day (no wild elephants but Sheldricks is...More

It is preferable to have a guide when you visit this park because you want to learn as much as possible about the amazing animals.

Hi. We just used our own car and local driver to go. If you do not have such a local facility, best to use a tour. Apparently guides are available when u reach there but do check beforehand. Cheers.

An early morning game drive is usually the best and 3 hours would be appropriate.
