At the entrance, security guards have inspection to visitors,
so I think this is one of safe place in Nairobi.
You can buy clothes, tableware with animal painting.
Additionally you can have meals here(food court),and snacks at supermarket.

Ramps available from the entrance into the main part of the food court for wheelchair access and to the best of my memory there's also a ramp to the upper floors very close to the stairs, hope this helps.
