This is a recently opened area around Karnak. You have to buy your ticket inside the Karnak complex and then you have to drive around the other side of the complex to get to the Precinct of Mut. Here you have the connection to the...More

Many statues of Sekhmet in museums around the world come from this site. Temple of Mut where the festival of drunkeness was held is located here.

This a temple not visited by many mainly because it is closed to the public but if you go in the afternoon there is always someone there that vita a bit of bribery and tip will always let you in it is well worth it...More
