Somewhere everyone should visit, at least once in their lifetime. Spectacular and awe inspiring! Watch out along the souvenir shops on your way out, whilst friendly to begin with, they can get a little nasty.

It was neat to wander around the grounds and see all the ancient stones, imagining what it would have looked like thousands of years ago. Though I do admit it become a little boring seeing broken off stones that didn't mean much to me.
When you are in Luxor, don’t miss Karnak Open Air Museum. It is unique oportunity to see ancient Egypt temple. There are some unbelieveable statues , colosses, obelixes and cartush written all over it. Definitely worrh of visit

I always visit ths Museum which is inside the main temple. You require a seperate ticket to gain access. Not many visitor go in and it would seem that many people cannot tell the difference between this and Karnak Temple.
