An amazing experience. The camel ride was worth it to get a different view and great pictures of the pyramids.

Visit was simply mesmerizing. One wonders how these giant structures with such artistry were built centuries ago. Locals with horse cart and camels become a bit teasing at times. One can find nice souvenirs around the Pyramids.

This is a massive structure, beautiful in its own right, and mystical. When in the northern facade, make sure to see at the foot of the pyramid a well preserved area with Tura limestone that’ll give you a taste of the smoothness and white color...More

Nice time of the year to visit, not hot like during the summer. No crowd of people and lot of local people visit in this time. Price moderate, not so expensive.

Cairo is the closest major city and has an international airport. Giza is effectively a suburb of Cairo, where the Pyramids are located. Yes, you need a visa. But you can buy it when you land - $25US per person.
