Amazing pieces on display but hardly any information. There is so much to see it can be dizzying, I would highly suggest a guide. Down fall is that a lot of the artifacts aren't contained and everyone touches them, feel like this is ruining the...More

Visited the museum after a visit to the pyramids. Would have appreciated air conditioning that was the only fault. The museum was a great insight into the history of Egypt. A definite must to visit when your in Cairo.
