Incredible history, it is amazing to be able to experience this, plus the mosque. Again - a good tour guide enhances the experience

This place is ideal for family outing. It has very nice views and you can see Cairo from above. This is a very great historic place and it contains many historical units like Army museum and some old mosques.

Of course the Mosques, structures and history is fascinating; but the view from the citadel overlook is astonishing as one can look across what would have been the entire kingdom of Giza and Cairo.

It's built by Salahedin Aiwoby to defend Egypt against enemies. It's too big and has a museum From there, you can see a big part of Cairo
