This is a great place to browse model houses of Tbilisi of old and understand what the old town you just walked through looked like on the old days.

The museum is located in the heart of an old city. I love the tiny house models and old interiors in their natural sizes. It's also an opportunity for the visitor to buy paintings of modern Georgian artists. A must-see place for the people interested...More

This museum basically exhibits photographs and artefacts dating back to late 19th and early 20th century. We spent a mere 3 lari (each) and a fascinating hour here. It's a museum, nothing more or less. If history grabs you, then this place will!

We tried to visit this museum twice. Both times it was completely empty, no one attending us or explaining what to do or where to go. Mainly an exhibition and some shops. It is worth just a quick walk through.
