Lesio-Louna is the closest park to Brazzaville. Guests should book in advance at the reserve's office in Brazzaville. They will give you detailed instructions on how to get to the park. The main national road north out of Brazzaville is in bad condition. The dirt...More

A really amazing reserve with nat. geo. worthy nature and wildlife. We saw several gorilla's, a hippo and several small monkey ans birds, all very beautifull. Only downside is that it's quite a long drive in between the different locations in the reserve.

We left Brazzaville for a 3 hours drive on a reasonable road (N2). The last 12 km to Abio, you will need a 4x4. We were welcomed by a nice employee of the reserve. Don't forget to take sunscreen and water! We had a 1...More

It is sad but it is a bitter reality in 2015. I have spent 4 nights in Iboubikro, part of Lésio Louna Reserve. Unfortunately. One night would be enough! Accommodation in Iboubikro is basic. But I am okay with that. No fan in the rooms....More
