45 min wait to go up. 1.5 hrs to.go down, because of long wait lines to get on the carts. Spent 10 min at the top max. Got very cold at 5 PM and it was miserable

I would expect the shops will have the same hours as the cable, but not sure.

On average I would say about 45 minutes. It’s easier on your knees to climb it than it is to walk down due to the steepness and uneven steps. I would recommend taking the cable car or funicular down.
