Waited at Parque 93 for over an hour but no Turisbog showed. No one answered at their phone number either.

Thiswas a bus service that did not exist as despite waiting 45 minutes at CC Retino on a Wednesday morning when the bus was supposed to operate it did not show. Thisa totally unreliableservice and Bogota should and can do better.

Having checked the website, we went along to one of the main stops (El Retiro), found the stand, empty and devoid of information. Having read previous reviews, I expected a delay in the bus actually arriving, but an hour standing around was enough for me...More

I am a firm believer in taking a hop on hop off bus tour when you first visit a city. This was a very nice tour-- polite driver and assistant. It was a very thorough and educational tour. It made it much easier to decide...More

They were promoting "Christmas Lights tour" till December 5th. On December 5th, no one was contesting the 3 phone numbers provided, and obviously the bus never appeared while 15 pax were waiting. No one was present at their office at "El Retiro" neither. Total failure...More

We went with the Turisbog bus and although the people are really friendly and forthcoming, some things definitely need to be improved before I would recommend this bus. 1. Bus is never on time at any of the stops. Not so bad if the bus...More

This tour targets very good spots in Bogotá. It's really good that the top floor of the bus has a roof so you can still enjoy the view even if it is raining, as it often does in Bogota. All the seats on the bus...More

Hey-- I would wait until I get to Bogota to get ticket. You can purchase your ticket on the bus-- I am pretty sure you can get your ticket at any of the stops. I believe it is less expensive buying it on the bus.
