This was the last place I went in Colombia before catching my flight home - its not too far from the airport, and has a counter for leaving your luggage, making for a convenient and safe place to visit. Beautiful, well-maintained gardens, with good interpretation...More

A lovely quiet spot in the middle of a hectic, bustling city. The gardens are nicely done, but very ordinary. Could easily be skipped if time is limited.

Nice escape after a rough morning in the crowded city centre with high levels of Carbon dioxide. The tree collection isn't that attractive, but the place is quite and clean.

Wonderful gardens for a stroll or just sit and relax. I understand the magnolias bloom year round! I was there on a Sunday morning and noticed the signs were bilingual which was a big help. Admission fee was reasonable.

Overall I found my time at the garden peaceful but a bit boring. There is significant construction so there were no greenhouses to visit and I found the maps somewhat confusing. I kept stumbling upon locked buildings on accident that were only for scientists. I...More

I do not think the Botanic garden allows "pets" - then again, they might charge you a fee if they allow you to bring it in. I am assuming it is not a "service" animal (assisting a person with limited sight)
