Ask for Paqwan! She has magic hands and you’ll want a nap afterwards! Just tell her your problem areas and she’ll work it out, literally.

The Mizan spa is a wonderful experience. There are several good therapist on staff. In particular I really enjoyed Ernie's massages. She uses a blend of Thai, Swedish, deep tissue and others to customize the clients experience to their individual needs. I always finished her massages feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She also performs Hammond and facials.
The ambiance of the rooms promotes relaxation with gentle music, adjustable lighting and temperature to fit a person's needs. Additionally there are facilities that include showers, private indoor pool, sauna, steam room and cold Jacuzzi.
There are separate facilities for men and women.
Use of the facility also includes a locker with towels, bathrobe and slippers

First, full disclosure, I got a good deal on a Groupon for 2 each 1 hour massages plus 2 ea 30 minute treatments, which could be used by 2 different people. Fine. I called in advance to book the appointment per the fine print and all seems well. I told them we'd like to be in the same room for the massages - no problem. We arrive and they charge us an additional $70 USD to use the couples massage room. Annoying, but not devastating - we had gotten a good deal on the Groupon. Then we get into the room and start our massages and there is very loud construction taking place next door. I don't mean occasionally we could hear some noise; it was very loud and constant through our entire massage and facials...loud banging & sawing for an hour and a half. I even asked them what was going on and the massage therapists did apologize, but that was it. I just thought it was poor form to ask us for additional money knowing we were going to be in a very degraded experience that was far from tranquil/relaxing despite the very skilled technicians. Spa was nice, saunas were great, locker room, and all facilities were nice, but was generally disappointed in the overall experience.

I have visited Mizan Spa at least 3-4 times, however continuously facing the same problems, which makes the time spent not relaxing, rather without any comfort.
The Thai masseuse is really good though, however there are noises coming in through the door , the air conditionining is not good , and instead of 60 minutes massage I received 50 minutes....like all the time.
Sauna was not working twice, and the wet facilities seem to be dirty - or maybe just worn. It does not give you the feel, that you really wish to use.
Honestly, it is not something you should spend your money on , as this serves as no relaxing time

I had the Hamman treatment and Swedish massage from Mulani. It was exquisite. The treatment was great and my skin is so soft now, younger and smoother. The massage was wonderful, she worked on my trouble areas and I feel great. The spa was clean and quiet. We also relaxed in the very warm pool prior to the treatment, very nice. I would recommend both the spa and Mulani to anyone.

The Spa, which is inside the Hilton Capital Grand is so very comfortable. There is soft music playing throughout and the odour of incense and candles pervades throughout. The Spa has a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna and cold pools. The individual therapy rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The Spa offers both lady and male therapists. My massage was simply divine. Highly recommended.

It was an enjoyable afternoon. The staff was friendly, facilities clean, and few other guests. I had a Swedish massage and a facial and both were quite good. I would visit here again.

1. Ultimate Hammam (2 hours) - AED 830 (inclusive of 1 hour massage and 1 hour hammam)
2. Destress Hammam (90-min) - AED 520 (inclusive of 2 masks will apply, 1 normal and 1 jelly mask)
3. Detox Hammam (60-min) - AED 415 (1 cleansing and 1 normal mask).

Our most popular treatment for couples is a 'Royal Spa Treatment' that combines Cleopatra’s milk bath, essential oils body scrub, 30 minutes of relaxing Mahana massage and mini facial experience according to your skin type.
