Definitely not the best mall in UAE. It’s a big mall, but it has no identity or buzz to it at all. There are lots of shops, but nothing really special and it’s seems quite outdated. Not many people (local/tourists) seem to visit in comparison to all the Dubai malls. Some of the stores seems to be shut - so maybe they have gone out of business? As a tourist you cannot access the free public WiFi in the mall at all!

Ilforno can never disappoint you with their Pizzas and Pastas. Everything on their menu is so delicious and finger-licking good. Everytime we think Pasta, we think ilforno. They’ve introduced a new menu and added some delicious dishes that are a must try. Will definitely keep going back for more 💯

Abu Dhabi Mall,
I feel compelled to share my recent distressing experiences during the 'Meet the Santa' event at your mall. On both Dec 24 and 25, despite making a genuine effort to participate with my family, we were turned away before the advertised closing time.
The situation escalated when we encountered the supervisor on duty, Hamdan Mohammed. Instead of addressing our concerns, he dismissively claimed we should have arrived even earlier, showing a complete lack of understanding or empathy.
This is not the first time our family has faced such treatment, and it is disheartening, especially considering the special circumstances – a 2-year-old and a 9-month pregnant wife. We had made purchases, adhering to the criteria for the Santa meet and greet.
I reached out to customer service, seeking resolution, but unfortunately, the response was inadequate.
As a loyal customer, these recurring issues have significantly tarnished my perception of the mall. I believe patrons deserve a fair chance to participate in events they have legitimately qualified for without facing judgment or mistreatment.

Shopping was a secondary reason for the mall visit. Their Santa village is always the best in the city and this year’s was no exception. Judging from the footfalls and selfies in evidence, others would seem to agree. It is of course seasonally short- lived but not to be missed.

I was visiting the Mall and wile browsing i decided to enter the Rolex shop of Mohd. Rasool Khoory & Son's just for a look. The sales manager Mr. Ala greeted me and as I asked if it was ok for me to have a look around he welcomed me and ask if I needed any assistance. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable of all his timepiece so we actually talked about watches for about half an hour. I told him I was just looking this time and that I will be back in the near future for a purchase. I shall return. Thank you Mr. Ala

We visited the Abu Dhabi Mall for lunch as we transferred between the Red and Green HOHO Bus Lines. The food court was on the 3rd floor so we had to navigate through the mall. Overall the mall was clean and easy to get around. There were many of your favourite brand shops along with local shops. For active shoppers, this mall seemed to offer all you would want.

Abu Dhabi Mall offers a diverse range of shopping options, from high-end brands to more affordable retailers, catering to various tastes and budgets. The mall is spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable shopping experience. It also features a good selection of dining options, from quick bites to sit-down restaurants, making it convenient for shoppers to refuel. Parking is ample, and the location is central, easily accessible from different parts of Abu Dhabi. Overall, Abu Dhabi Mall is a solid choice for both shopping and dining in the city

A mall like any other mall. All malls do have the same kind of shops. Restaurant are reasonable but be aware for overpriced dishes. Ramadan gives a opportunity to buy a bargain. It is clean and nearby a lot of shops in the area.

Visited prior to a meal in the attached Beach Rotana Hotel. Varity of shops and eating locations across several floors. Fully air conditioned, clean and not over crowded. Worth a visit.

There is one outside, as well as inside Abu Dhabi mall. Mushrif Mall, Deerfields Mall and Yas mall also has several pharmacies.
