Access is for free, you are security checked and of course will have to take your shoes off. Ample taxis to get away after the visit. Very friendly staff. I came after dusk. The whole most was illuminated in blue which looked nice.

Loved it especially at sunset. Dress conservatively but don’t stress bc You borrow polyester cover ups which are quite hot. Very cool architecture.

Beautiful mosque. Only the dress code is not very clear. But they supply ugly synthetic dresses which give you the feeling like you are in a steamer. I hope they wash mine before they give it to someone else because I had a severe cold.....but...More

Amazing place, I was impressed. We were there before sunrise, and then you are able to take fantastic photos. My advise is to dress properly, otherwise you will have to borrow.

Amazing piece of architecture, beautifully finished in white marble. You will be wow by the size and the scale of this mosque. A must visit if you are in UAE! Visit soon before it gets swarmed by tourist!

The best place to visit in Abu Dhabi and it is free. The best time to visit is at dawn with the lights on. Truly sensational. Warning for visitors. No Uber Service in Abu Dhabi and taxis only accept cash.

It is a must see when visiting UAE! Fantastic architecture with breathtaking level of details. HINT: take the sunset tour at 17:00, it is free and the tourguides are excellent and very friendly!

Hi, To dissipate any confusion, there is no obligation to wear an abaya. I went with a group and we were all dressed in slacks and long sleeve jackets or sweaters, added a head covering (a simple long scarf will do) and... More
