Terrible customer service!

Prior to my trip to Jordan I was comparing different tour companies and having e-mail exchanges with a couple of them inquiring about different tour packages. I had a very unprofessional reply from one of the representatives, Prometheus, of EasyTravelJo. I kindly replied and thanked him for all of his efforts and in turn, received a bitter e-mail for not booking with them in the end. At that point, I was reassured that I booked with a more reputable company than Easy Travel Jordan.

I do not suggest booking with this company for their lack of professionalism. Prometheus could have easily left it at my thank you reply, but instead chose to go on his rant about wasting his time.
