we booked a room for our anniversary. When we got there we received the tiniest room ever! we asked the clerk if he had another one so we had to climb another flight of really steep stairs to get another one (thank god he had one) or it would have ruined our stay. Good location for the beach and Carmel Market. At least 50 stairs to the room - Not recommended for people with knee problems!!

The people were very helpful, nice and no complaints there. The location, great. Near the Beach, bars, cafes and the Carmel Market. Breakfast was much better than average, with fresh cooked specials daily. There is a really nice roof deck, where you can see the ocean and sit on chairs or a porch swing. However, some rooms are very old and dated, some are new (I moved rooms and saw both. There is no elevator. Parking was NOT on site but nearby in a shared garage at The Opera Tower.

The rooms are a bit small for two people, and I thought this hotel, and hotels in Tel Aviv in general, a bit expensive and not particularly luxurious for the amount charged.

The massage was professional and excellent. The salt sauna is also nice. Beyond that, all the rest of the spa is in a very limited state of cleanliness. Mold and scale in the shower, in the bathroom yellow stains on the counter, didn't feel clean enough to even sit on a towel. The upholstery of the sofa and armchair in the rest area begs to be washed. There is not a single hook in the showers, only a small bathrobe and a not large towel at an extra charge.
Disappointing that a place with potential is not properly maintained.

The location was great. The hotel is a really nice boutique hotel and we had a really lovely room with a balcony.
The room was clean and shower was excellent.
Service was very good exceptionally Noam from the spa who is very recommended was a relaxing massage. Also NIv from the reception who was very professional and took care of every request with a smile. We will come back for sure!

Visited this hotel for the spa. It was the weirdest spa I’ve ever been to, and the massage was not good (the Massuse had very rough hands and left scratches all over my back). Not recommended.

Simply disgusting! First evening in our room and not only 3 cockroaches on the floor in the first couple of hours but even one sneaking out between the pillows on the bed!!!!!!!! 😱

Rather third world standard than a boutique hotel...!! 👎

I booked my stay on a special deal. I got a beautiful room with a jacuzzi and in the morning a massage and visit to the spa facilities. Just the relaxation and luxury that I needed! The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Can definitely recommend to stay here.

An affordable option for a comfortable stay. The beach is two minutes away, friendly staff, clean rooms and a wonderful spa. All cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.

Not a good experience at all to say the least
My friend got a room with candles, relaxing music, a spacious room, a therapist who came in white clothes like I've already seen in other spa places
I got a small room with an air conditioner on cold without any "atmosphere", a caretaker who came in black clothes, sneakers and a sloppy ponytail that looked like she was the cleaner at all.
A 45 minute massage ended after 39 minutes
Very painful massage. I already thought that maybe my body is so weak that this is the reason, but unfortunately even after 11 hours my back still hurts with a lot of red marks.
Not recommend at all.

I bought my husband the massage at Spa Belle for his birthday and it was a disappointment. I paid in advance over the phone for the extra weekend and emphasized that it is very important that my husband have a nanny and not a nanny.
The day after the reservation they called me to change the massage time, but forgot to say that at the other time there would be a therapist and not a therapist.
When my husband came for the massage, they charged him once again for the weekend extra, even though I had already paid, and then the massage was done by a man and not a woman as I requested in the order.

When I called the spa to get the extra weekend, vague inquiries began. I was told they would get back to me after an inquiry.
After half an hour I called again and was told that there are no phone refunds and I was not supposed to be charged for the extra over the phone.
In addition, I tried to explain that I was also a mistake when I was not informed of the type of therapist when changing the order. The clerk's answers were dismissive, unpleasant. Throughout the conversation he didn't let me say a word.
I was told that my husband would have to come physically to get the refund and have it repaired.
My husband had to go to this place once again. He did receive the refund for the weekend allowance, but without compensation.

Short of a shocking place, they have no idea about customer service.
