very colorful, touristy place full of touristy things. worth visit as it is in asian side of the city and has a station for a ferry

I never go to stay there, it is just on the way home, however I always like passing... People taking photos of the bull (or the cow or the goat, the monster, Godzilla, everyone gives a new nickname). All the local demonstrations start from there,...More

It is busy area similar to Eminonu/Karakoy/Beyoglu just without tourists. Nice cafés, restaurants, little shops, fresh juices bars, doner kebab. all fresh and much cheaper. reserve some time especially if you arrive to sabiha airport - there is good connection through Kadikoy.

A very busy and active area on Asian shore of Istanbul, more local concept, less historical things to see, but never the less a great place, with souks, Bazars, restaurants, you name it, worth spending at least 1/2 a day in the area.

Kadıköy's main point where a bull statue is situated ! Attraction point for many people to take photo with statue of the bull ! Worth to see

Would you like to try the Turkish cuisine's richness of variety, this might be the place.Test your taste buds, starting with Turkish Coffea made by mixing fine background coffea with water . Combine with local dessert Baklava with pistachio. To finish have a glass of Raki....More

We took a ferry from Eminonu on the European side to Kadikoy on the Asian side. What a wonderful surprise to see local culture, free of tourists, quite unlike the Sultanahmet area. The small streets parallel to the main street where the piers are are...More

As with other Istanbul neighbourhoods, the neighbourhood of Kadıköy has its own special atmosphere and Kadıköy market is just a tiny part of what makes this area special. Away from the market, there’s so much more to this area – much of it still waiting...More
