There is no shade anywhere to sit down and relax. I would have expected some cover.
The sea area is littered with glass, bottles, etc. Do not walk barefoot here as it is not safe.

The best time to visit is in the evening and during the night. In fact, many people walk around Galle Face Green just to see the amazing sunset near the water.It is such a beautiful walk close to the Ocean!
