Not a historical architecture per se as the main altar is reconstructed quite recently (the courtyard is still in the works), but a beautiful Orthodox church.

The cathedral was one of my favorite stops during a tour of Bishkek. There arent a lot of amazing things to see in the city. The high of Kyrgyzstan will always be the amazing natural things to see

An excellent example of its type.Beautifully decorated interior with many religious pictures and icons. At present it is being renovated but this dos not disturb your visit.Highly recommended.

The foto here shows ist to me more desirabkle as it is now. Since last autumn they re-construct it and are still not ready with the walls outside so it appears as a big dirty building site. Only nice things are the golden towers-tops. Not...More
