This is a gorge very typical one of many in the country and only if you have time to spare worth driving 28km to see it. Traffic to and from the city can be an issue especially morning and evening

The river is moving fast and is nice to sit and relax by. Nice view. Seems to be a drought now as it looked kind of dry.

A lovely trek along a beautiful gorge to visit a glacier. Scenery is beautiful and if you don't want to trek just stay be the water and admire the horses who come to drink - horses welcoming each other and mares feeding foals.

One of my favorite day hikes near Bishkek! Especially beautiful during the spring and early summer, when alpine flowers are in bloom. Walk through alpine meadows, along alpine streams, horse and cow pastures, see the waterfall, while surrounded by beautiful snow-patched peaks.

Search for alamedin gorge on Google maps. This will take you to hot spring resort, after few meters of which you will park and have a great walk and can enjoy the Soviet era hot swimming pool at the "hot spring resort"

I think you can, but I'm not sure which one. You could just take a taxi for around 500 soms = 7.5 dollars. In this case you don't have to worry about bus schedule and time.
