Wat Phonm is well maintained on top the hill. Surrounded by a park and beautiful garden with a clock. Entrance tickets $5 usd. Nothing much to see and need to take out shoes when going to prayers hall. Nice photos at the entrance to the...More

The Wat Phnom temple is really nice to visit. The position on the hill gives the temple an impressive look and the view from the hill is nice. The temple itself is beautifull, but not very different from other temples. It is a quiet place...More

The temples are spectacular. $1 admission fee. They are some steps which you may struggle with, but there are other temples with no steps so something for everyone. There were monks onsite so that really adds to the experience. Inside is spectacular, the decor is...More

I admit we didn't have a guide for this visit but we seemed to be in a park/ large roundabout with blaring music and climbing up steps to a modest and peaceful temple. The green trees made a pleasant change from the bustle of Phnom...More

We found this easily enough and the steps were not as challenging as some of the countryside temples. Good view and interesting history which we found was enhanced by having a guide. Well maintained and worth including in a city tour / visit

Nothing special but well worth a wander around this place for only $1. They're not strict with the entrance fee so you can kind of just wander over the low rope near the gate :-)

There are basically 2 relative seasons there (rainy & dry). The sun rises early appx. late 5am+ to 6am (Cambodian time). Usually it should be appropriate from mid-7am+ after a good breakfast! Hope I answer your question... More
