There are lots of cool restaurants and bars here. Perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It looks like an expat haven. Definitely worth visiting for dinner.

It has many different and unique decorations, which make unique atmosphere for its pubs and hangout places! I find it very good to hangout with friends there!

I saw this place as part of a foodie tour. It was the last spot for send a sendoff drink. It was a nice surprise to see cool and eclectic design. There's even a hummous place.

Fun little area with a definite Western Expat vibe. A variety of small bars with decent drink selection. Each bar has a different motif and they're all in a cluster so you can easily stumble from one to the next!

Bassac lane gave a similar feel to ponsonby central in Auckland NZ but on a smaller scale. Great bars and food and a good mix of locals and expats. Definitely worth a visit if your looking for something trendy in Phnom Penh!
