Everytime we need to go anywhere in Phnom Penh, just take a tuk tuk. It is easy and affordable and plenty available outside on the roads!! They take 2 -3 USD per trip of about 2-5 kms.

The best way to get around! Also a great way to see such a bustling city. Just be sure you compare prices before settling on a driver because we were nearly ripped off.

We travelled with G adventures and they handled all our transport. I would advise you to all them and ask what is the best thing to do.
