Stopped by the Sultan's place and really liked the architectural design as well as the well groomed garden surrounding it. The gates are definitely well lit up at night and really pretty.

Would of loved to go inside and see the Palace, however the guard was very friendly and allowed us to take pictures outside. The class and luxory of the surrounding exemplifies the stature of the sultan and Brunei as a people.

Be grateful n thankful wrote a review Jun 2019

I Dun agree with TheOexpress's review. It's open for 3 days during the Hari Raya festive. It's open to public. To enjoy buffet style food n drinks. That is fantastic enough, who are you to go around n have a look inside. That place is the home of a King n Queen. What are u thinking? To be able to go inside to enjoy refreshments n the chance to meet and shake hands with the royalties is already amazing enough. Name which country does that. I think Brunei is the only one so be grateful n stop complaining.
