The station is too busy and confuse, very little staff standby for assistance, the station not much seat to wait for the bus and stinky. The driver drive super dangerous.

It is surprisingly not a huge facility, but easy to find (right off BTS) and easy to use. I took a minivan from there to Koh Chang which was perfect.

Very popular bus station. It did cost me about 450 baht to get on the bus from Bangkok to Pattaya. It was quite a decent journey though.

Tough. They don't show online. Best to know on the ground. When you arrive at Ekkamai, there will be buses hourly. But don't come too late after 5pm. And not too early before 8am. Have fun!
