This park is massive in size and offers many activities. I would definitely recommend doing the peddle boat on the lake and feeding the fishes, which can be done for a good price. Strolling around the park allows Thai culture to be absorbed at its...More

This large park is a welcome respite from the skyscrapers and smog of the highways. There is plenty of space to walk around, with waterways and bridges and even the occasional lizards. For locals there are also gymnasiums and a swimming pool, and for everyone...More

We visited with hopes of a beautiful park and outdoor playground for young kids. We were disappointed with the state and extent of the playground.

This is a fair sized park in the heart of Bangkok's business district. Easily accessible from the MRT (Subway) Si Lom station. You can spend a few hours here walking around taking pictures of Komodo Dragons and going in a swan shaped paddle boat in...More

Lovely park for a stroll and take in the culture and greenery. Good for kids. Be prepared for rain and take an umbrella.

We could see the park from the Banyan Tree Hotel and just a short walk down the Sathorn rd. Very similar to Central Park NY in many ways but the Giant Lizards bring another dimension to it. Very clean and well worth a walk about.

I visited Lumpini Park early in the morning, and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm more the temple-and-museum type of tourist, but Lumpini offered beautiful views, interesting people, fascinating architecture, and unusual wildlife. When I arrived, I walked through the main entrance to find dozens...More

Great park in the middle of Bangkok. Easy to access by Metro. Park is very large, about 600m x 600m, and it has several ponds and lakes. Tropical trees and planting. Great place to stop by and rest mids of busy and hectic Bangkok.

Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions,
this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many.
Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi
Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the
plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a
night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's
worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers
