its extreme prominent location right at BTS prom phong in the heart of Bangkok makes this park accessible to everyone. actually one can relax there (if wearing ear-plugs)

Nice view of the park from the gardens in Em Quartier. This is a small park on Sukhumvit Rd but it does have a nice pond, beautiful alleys with trees and sculptures throughout. Nice place to sit in the shade away from the traffic.
