The greeting was above my expectation as the staff waiting for you in the front of the main door asking you to remove your shoes to enter the property , after confirming the appointment filling up the health check form the therapist talk to wear a comfy flip flops and takes you to the room . Prices are high compared to other massage places in the neighbourhood. However, our experience was terrific. We chose Head, Back, Shoulder, and Foot Massage for 2 hours. You may regulate the strength of the massage and indicate problem zones. The overall aesthetics of the place impressed me. The massage room was comfortable and clean (you may shower before and after). The team is professional and friendly. Also, the place offers transfer to the nearest MRT station. Horrible customer service. In my process of buying their voucher, they were very quick to provide me their bank account so I could transfer my money. But after I've transferred my money (which arrived in seconds after transferring), they went quiet and ignored my messages.

I went there on the last day of my trip because I wanted to experience a spa, as recommended by the mama of a Thai massage parlor I go to in Japan. As a result, it became a terrible memory, but I'm posting it. First of all, I'm a man and have no experience at a spa, and I thought that a spa always had a jacuzzi.
When I entered the store, I was treated pleasantly even though I didn't have a reservation, and when I said I wanted to receive a spa treatment, I was recommended two courses, both of which were the same price of 4,500 THB including tax, so I chose the course without a facial, checked the questionnaire in advance, and was shown to a room with a young therapist and high excitement. There was no jacuzzi in the room as I had imagined, only a shower. I was a little disappointed, but when I changed clothes and waited, the therapist changed into an older woman about 20 years older than the previous therapist ( ˃ ⌑︎ ˂ ) My excitement was further reduced, but I had no choice and started the treatment. I was lying face down with what looked like salt soap and massaged my whole body for about 30 minutes, and it was cold because the air conditioner was hitting me directly. Is this a strong massage? Apparently that's the case... For me it was just torture, not pleasant at all and just waiting for time to pass. After that, I took a shower and had something like a hot towel ball pressed against me, but that was also 30 minutes of no pleasure ( ˃ ⌑︎ ˂ ) After that, I had about 60 minutes of oil massage. It was really weak ( ˃ ⌑︎ ˂ )
What's a spa? 20,000 yen for this? I'd much rather have a 2-hour oil massage for 3,000 yen.
My stress was building up, my body wasn't healed at all, I wasted my money and time, and my overall impression of my trip to Thailand was bad.

Yesterday I booked a 3 hour Ayurvedic massage session (shirodhara followed by 2 hour body massage) oasis in Sukhumvit 31 for almost 6000 baht.
I must admit that I was very much looking forward to this as my last session at oasis for Ayurvedic massage was very good. This time it was terrible!
To be honest with you, I believe the masseuse I was provided with was not trained to provide Ayurvedic as she did not possess the techniques, hurt me several times along the way and constantly used her elbows! Also she provided a purely mechanical massage without any relaxing movement flow as one could expect in Ayurvedic massage. This 2 hour massage session was a disaster.
I do not complain often but this session at Oasis was a pure disgrace. When I complained, I had the impression that they did not look to understand the discontentment I was trying to express and was not really being listened to. If you plan to provide Ayurvedic massage, make sure your personnel is properly trained and likes what they do.
To be honest with you, my massage at the beach in Phuket for 400 baht was way better and more relaxing. This is not acceptable for a massage service provider such as Oasis.

There are many “spas “ aplenty in bangkok and their experiences can range widely to mass , the upscale or the downright sleaze . So in fact finding the middle ground wasn’t as simple as it seems . Trip advisor placed this one unjustifiably at #35. It deserves better. Service , ambiance , overall experience was wonderful . It’s pricey compared to general massages but if you’re willing to pay for an afternoon for which to do nothing but be pampered , I think this is a one

A pure oasis.

This place is very beautiful with surrounding and a lot of green tree. Reception very polite. I enjoy welcome herbal drink and thai seasonal fruit. The place was clean and cloth for change as well ( good smell) I choose thai massage. I really impress from first step till leave.

Oasis spa has great facility but the massage was terrible.
Our family took king&queen massage, which were Oasis spa's signature massage.
Massage was terrible; it seemed the masseurs did not know what they were doing.
they gave us no choice of the oil though it was a hot oil massage, led my brother to have severe allergic reaction. Moreover, much of the allergic symptom appeared during the massage, such as rash, difficulty in breathing, the masseurs did not do anything.
It is 3900THB++ for the king massage, and the same price for the queen massage, totally waist of our money and time.

We are deeply sorry that you were unhappy with our service. After we hear the review, we went through all our customers’ information at Sukhumvit 31, however, there is no record of allergic customers or customer with asthma at the branch recently;
In the case of sick and allergic customers, therapist will stop treatment immediately and would wash your skin and give you first aid relief and to observe the condition of customers, in a very serious illness they will be sent to the hospital....

I was introduced to this spa by an online spa review "magazine" of Bangkok as Oasis Spa came highly recommended (it's won the tourism board award it seems). True enough, it was a pleasant experience and this is as good as any city spa can get. It was an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Absolutely beautiful grounds. And it's popular with the local rich as well who drove in with their beemers and mercedes. Always a good sign.
It was one of those splurge trips. As there're a few of us, and since I was paying, I did try to negotiate for a better deal. And you should too. Got to speak to the manager beforehand, and I was offered a 15% discount off the package price. Else, the reception will offer the customary 500baht discount , regardless of the service you chose and we were having one of the most expensive 4hr spa packages!.
I chose the Lanna Explorer which included their King of Oasis signature massage done in the privacy of an exclusive room with an attached open-air shower and bath. The masseuse was attentive and skilled. Had I not been doing Thai massage regularly back home, i would have been totally wowed by the massage skills, but since I'm used to this kind of massage, there're certain parts where it could have been better, while other parts were good. It finished with a refreshing honey/cucumber facial and a head massage.
Would I come back again? Maybe for the 1.5hr massage instead of the spa package. But then I am very tempted to try other spas as well, just to compare.

数名同じ部屋で施術を受けてもいいとのことですが、どのようなコースを選ぶのかを決めて、お店に問い合わせをしてみてください。曜日や時間を選ばなければ、今から予約をすれば可能ではないのでしょうか。
それでも予約が難しければ、もし皆さんに時間の余裕があるなら、グループ分け（2名と3名）して、マッサージをうけていないグループは近くのモール見物というのはどうでしょうか。
