Whoops wrote my review for this on the temple site. Oh well. Loved this stupa. It’s on the top 10 things to see while in Nepal and I definitely recommend visiting.

Very nice and quiet area. Very spiritual people. Plenty of nice restaurants.take a drink on a roof top in the area.

A beautiful Stupa and surrounding area. Visit the monastery and the large prayer wheel. Making the trip with a knowledgeable guide is worth it.

Excellent place for colorful photos. It’s a world heritage site . Also the surrounding coffee shops looks fascinating. You can spend some serious time here

We got there at about 8:45 cost us 500 rupees by taxi from Thamil, great ride, hold onto your hat. We have seen a few temples now but this is all they say it is. When we were there we saw them repainting the temple...More
