It must have been a really nice beach with alll the surfers around but today its so polluated that I wouldnt recommend it to anybody

It is pretty rare to still find good beaches in Dakar. This is one of them. You do need to be careful of rocks and sudden holes. It does get crowded in the summer.

Great gem in Dakar for surfing and enjoying the beach. If the vendors bother you, ask elimane or Babacar to keep them away or just firmly say no thank you. Take a surf lesson or enjoy the sunshine, so easy to get to!
