We visited when only the ground floor was open. It is impressive, given the range of masks on display from various parts of Africa. Well organized, but I wish they kept all sections open!

Lots of interesting art in a decent building --- 45 minutes is plenty of time to visit. Some of the pieces are most impressive; others not so much.

nice peces of arfrican art but in the whole it is a little bit outdated. an textile exposition, which should be finished in 2017 was still open in 2018. Nevertheless, it was a welcome 2 hours of activity in Dakar.
