I just took a quick look. The items on display were labeled and easy to view. Very interesting history of fishing. Enjoyed the aquarium and the boats on display outside.

Not huge but very open and user friendly. We had a guide who spoke reasonable English. He explained quite a lot and was very friendly and easy to ask questions of.

This is a very new museum which provides a great insight into the small-scale fisheries in Mozambique. Probably the best museum in Maputo, or in the whole of Mozambique. The guide is a little slow, but has loads of information. You can easily skip the video at the end...
