Nice place to hang out in the evening, open area with good shops. Breezy. Good eating joints. One can find many high brand stores as well.

A lot of work is being done there. Really not a place for leisure right now. A lot of noise. Not many people around either. Can still stroll to the shopping mall 50metres away.

A great choice of shops, restaurants and amusement possibilities (cinema, movie, museum...). I would recommend the tourists to be cautious before buying souvenirs especially as some shops are exaggerating on pricing thus making a buy a real rip-off.
